There is a time and place for everything, and silliness isn't part of the schedule. Jane always takes her work seriously, and checks her watch obsessively to make sure everything is on time. She is friendly, but typically isn't outgoing.

Jane usually wears vintage style clothes. I've gone to this site quite a few times to get inspiration for outfits. c:

Hobbies: Collecting antique time pieces, organizing her family's shop.
History: Jane was a creature of habit, and followed a precise schedule every day. She lead a very ordinary life working in her family's antique shop. However, this all changed on the day time stopped... the day a talking Dachshund trotted into the shop.

The dog, Aeon, told her that someone called Sailor Pluto had been attacked and her star seed was smashed. This left the time door without a guardian, and chaos would ensue. Jane didn't know anything about a Sailor Pluto or a time door, but she did know that time had stopped, and she wanted to fix it. Aeon introduced her to Horloge the clock, and Jane was soon swept away on her mission. She was soon joined by the quixotic Sailor 1410.

Transformation Sequence Info: After saying her transformation phrase, a clock begins to strike. Chronos holds her pocket watch to her chest. The lid opens and a clock face appears below her. Glowing numbers rise from the clock face and wrap around her body, creating her fuku. The pocket watch becomes the center of her bow. When the transformation is complete, the clock stops striking.
Guardian Of: Stand-in Guardian of Time

Attacks:
9:30 Kick - Chronos delivers a powerful kick to the opponent. Reference! And here's a reference of the 11:30 Kick variant.
Hands of Time - Chronos points and makes a sweeping motion, and a clock hand of light follows her point. After completing this, she is able to summon a larger clock hand with a more subtle hand motion. Surprise! 8D Reference!
Stop Watch - A clock materializes and Chronos hits the button on top, freezing the opponent for a few seconds. A soft ticking is heard while the opponent is frozen, and it grows louder as the period runs out.
Race Against Time - A small gear appears in Chronos' hand. She rolls it like a bowling ball, and the gear grows larger as it rolls toward the opponent. Reference!
Weakness: Perfectionist, over-calculating.
Personality: Same as her civilian form... maybe slightly more annoyed since she's not a big fan of the mini skirt.
